Complaints
We hope that you never have cause to complain about our provision and practice at Outwoods Edge. However, we understand that, on occasion, concerns may arise. If this happens, please find our Complaints Policy and Procedure in our policies section of this website.
It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaints procedure.
